Intermat and WOC to be held in Paris in April
The two trade shows Intermat and World of Concrete Europe will take place in Paris simultaneously for the second time from April 23 to 28, 2018. The venue will be the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte, located not far from Charles de Gaulle Airport in the northeast of the French capital.
The event organizers are planning for around 1,500 exhibitors and more than 180,000 visitors from around 170 countries around the globe.
The trade show will present machines, plants, equipment, materials and solutions for the construction industry. It is divided into four sectors: “Earthmoving and Demolition”, “Roads, Minerals and Foundations”, “Buildings and Concrete Sector”, as well as “Lifting, Handling and Transportation”.
The suppliers of the concrete and precast concrete industry, including Quadra, Skako, Teka, Trimble Solutions or Wacker Neuson, will be represented at the World of Concrete Europe.
According to trade show organizer SE Intermat, the concrete industry in France generated a turnover of around 12 billion euros in 2015 and employed around 65,000 people.
