(57) A method for preparing a mineral foam material-filled concrete block (3) comprises the following steps: providing a concrete block (3) comprising at least one cavity, filling the at least one cavity with a volume of the mineral foam material (4) greater than the volume of the at least one cavity, bringing a scraper element (5) into contact with a top surface (9) of the concrete block (3), moving the scraper element (5) over the top surface (9) of the concrete block (3) to scrape off excess fresh mineral foam material (4) from the top surface (9), removing the excess mineral foam material (4) from the scraper element (5) by suction.
