New Concrete Block Machine introduced

This year, Techmatik celebrates its 15th anniversary and presented the next generation machine for the production of paving stones and concrete accessories with revolutionary new features. The Concrete Block Machine SHP 6000 Pro C solves all production-related challenges the industry faces, allowing for the production of concrete products from 15 mm to 550 mm in height. With one machine, Techmatik is able to produce a wide variety of products.

New machine uses innovative solutions

The new machine uses innovative solutions that are new to the Techmatik SHP series. Double Vibration System (DVS(R)) - The system based on two counter-currently rotating mixes, powered with synchronous servo motors series CMP (High Dynamic), allows for smooth changes in vibration force without stopping production. GDS - Gap Detection System - A diagnostic system counts the number of cycles (tacts) performed on a particular mold. CCS - Cycle Counting System - A diagnostic system counts the number of cycles (tacts) performed for a particular mold.

Techmatik continues to innovate with the end user in mind, always striving to make production easy. The machine‘s premiere took place at Bauma 2019.
