New Pave production pallet
Concrete blocks can be produced even more efficiently, says Peri, the supplier of the Peri Pave production pallets which are used worldwide. The company is presenting the solution for the first time at bauma 2019: the next generation of the Peri Pave. With this, Peri has utilized further optimization potential for production pallets; customer benefits are less concrete buildup and less cleaning effort.
How has Peri solved this? The new Peri Pave has an „integrated“ separating effect, so to speak. Thanks to innovative additives in the plastic coating of the multiplex boards, even concrete products with a high w/c value no longer adhere to the production pallet, or do so much less. The same applies to the stone sealant, which up to now has often successively built up on the boards. Such unevenness could be removed only with high expenditure and/or chemistry. Of course, the Peri Pave also offers the proven aspects of optimum load-bearing capacity, special surface hardness and abrasion resistance.
