Peri Pave production pallets with built-in RFID chips can be unmistakably identified. Production data and quality parameters of the concrete products manufactured can be distinctly assigned to the pallets. A manufacturer in Finland recently outfitted its second plant with this technology.

Production pallets are the only elements that pass through every station of a concrete production plant – from the block machine to the packaging unit. Peri made good use of this fact when it developed a quality control system for concrete block production plants. Peri, in collaboration with R & W Industrieautomation GmbH – for many years established in the concrete block industry with systems for block height measuring and control systems – created a technology for a transparent and end-to-end quality management.
