SCHNABL STECKTECHNIK

New area managers in Bavaria and Austria

Schnabl Stecktechnik recently appointed two new area managers, Otto Loncar and Thomas Ackermann, to enlarge its sales team in Bavaria and Austria.

Since April this year, Otto Loncar has been overseeing the Central Franconian, Upper Palatinate and Swabian regions, as well as Lower and Upper Bavaria, for Schnabl, the Austrian supplier of fastening solutions for electrical systems. Besides managing wholesale and direct clients from the electrical trade, the 49-year old also provides product-related training to electrical contractors and turns prospects into new customers. Being a master craftsman/electrician by training, Loncar got familiar with Schnabl fastening solutions as early as in the 1990s when working as an employed electrician and independent electrical contractor. In the last twelve years, he worked in the field of laser equipment. Prior to this period, he worked as a sales associate in electrical retail outlets.

Thomas Ackermann also joined the Schnabl sales team in spring 2018. He is a trained joiner and takes care of wholesale and electrical trade customers in Western Austria. His area includes Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Salzburg, and Upper Austria. Previously, the 45-year old was a field representative for Austrian electrical wholesaler, Gebrüder Limmert; he also worked in the sales department of Würth, the manufacturer of screws and fasteners.
