New sales organization at Rampf
Rampf, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of molds for the concrete products industry, is restructuring its sales organization. Carmen Stockburger will oversee the entire sales and marketing department. Benjamin Burschey will take over the management of the external sales team while Andrea Ziemann-Stahl will manage the internal sales department.
The previous sales director, Frank Schunack, has left the company headquartered in Allmendingen, Germany. “We thank Frank Schunack for his 30 years of dedication and commitment to our company. At the same time, we regret to see him leave unexpectedly, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” says managing director Fabian Kohlbecker.
Restructuring the sales and marketing organization
As a result of this personnel change, the sales and marketing function will be restructured. The focus is on flat structures, more teamwork and streamlining of internal processes in order to increase the proximity to Rampf’s customers and ensure efficient processes.
Carmen Stockburger will take over the position as Chief Sales Officer. Since January 2019, she has managed the Rampf strategy and restructuring department; one of her major achievements was the reorganization of the company’s US subsidiary. Previously, Carmen Stockburger worked with a major construction industry supplier for many years, most recently in the sales organizations in Latin America.
Benjamin Burschey will oversee the Rampf external sales. He has been part of the external sales team since 2006, serving a large number of national and international customers. In 2017, he additionally took on responsibility for the newly established after-sales department. Since then, he has also been overseeing the company’s repair and maintenance business.
Since July 2020, Andrea Ziemann-Stahl has been managing the internal sales department. She has more than 25 years of experience with Rampf, starting her career in the export department. Over the years, she has served customers in almost all parts of the world and worked for the company’s Chinese subsidiary for many years.
“I am pleased to have built such a strong team for this challenging task. This is why I am confident that we will remain a trusted partner to our customers,” Kohlbecker adds.
