Precast floor slabs with integrated building services

The Bernkastel-Kues-based Innogration GmbH founded in 2010 designs, manufactures and sales multifunctional precast concrete floor elements. The elements distinguish themselves by their ability to perform also other tasks apart from the load-bearing function: The innovative load-bearing concept made of prestressed sandwich elements combines the possibility to bridge wide spans (up to 30m) with slender cross-sections while accommodating ducts and conduits for technical building equipment (TBE), building services as well as heating and cooling systems (thermal activation).
