Pressure testing machine for concrete test specimens
The Swabian company Form + Test located in southwestern Germany develops and manufactures testing machines and systems for all applications in materials testing.
Just now, a new cost-effective pressure testing machine, easy to operate and ergonomically designed, was developed that meets all requirements of DIN EN 12390-3 (compressive strength test of concrete specimens). The newly designed Beta 5 pressure testing machine, due to its low investment costs, is particularly well suited for small to medium concrete plants.
In-house development
Consistent utilization of state-of-the-art production resources at the Riedlingen location and exploitation of the synergy effects of in-house development, construction and assembly culminated in the creation of this new series. The new design enables an ergonomic working height and optimal operating comfort. The machine frame features screwed column technology with zero play and is characterized by high rigidity. This testing machine is designed for testing the compressive strength both of concrete cylinders with the dimensions 150 x 300 mm and concrete cubes with the dimensions 150 x 150 mm.
In combination with the also new Digimaxx C 24 digital controller (16-bit technology) for fully automatic load increase with bypass control in a closed loop, a testing machine is offered to which previously no comparable solution existed of this high quality.
High quality standard “made in Germany”
The USB standard interface with Winstrans transmission software for data transfer to Windows 7 and 8 is part of a protective system with electric locking in accordance with the European Machinery Directive. The machine allows for optional use of the Proteus – MT construction materials testing software with test modules for direct customer-specific protocol generation.
The machine is sold directly by the manufacturer. This ensures a high quality standard and guarantees that only selected products – to 100 % made in Germany – undergo internal testing and are delivered. Form + Test Seidner & Co. GmbH also submits quotations in the leasing area; in addition, the company also a Dakks calibration service for a unit force of up to 10,000 kN as-well as customer-specific maintenance contracts.
