Betonsteinwerk Hermann Meudt is one of only a handful of specialized companies in Germany that produce flat curbstones. A new board machine and mixing plant added to the carousel production line enable the company to respond to customer enquiries even more quickly and flexibly.

Even the smallest factory building provides plenty of space. When taking this statement literally, it aptly describes the challenge that engineering suppliers are often faced with: they have to replace an old with a new machine; the new machine should not only fit into a tight spot within the factory building, it must also be aligned with all other components of the existing production line to enable a smooth and even more efficient manufacturing process after replacement.
