Schöck restructured managing board

With a view to continuing the successful strategy of the last years of profitable growth through innovative solutions and ongoing internationalization, Schöck expanded its management team.

The former division heads Dr.-Ing. Harald Braasch (Technology) and Michael Schmitz (Sales) have been appointed managing directors January 1st 2010 at Schoeck Bauteile GmbH, Baden-Baden. To ensure continuity in the leadership of the group, the new CEO were at the same time appointed as deputy members to the board of Schöck AG Baden-Baden. The chairmanship of the executive board and the management board assumes the former sole director/executive Dipl.-Ing. Nicholas P. Wild.

The Supervisory Board and the shareholders of the Schöck group see in this decisions the foundation and precondition for a continued, sustained and successful corporate development. ¢
