Small cracks in TT slabs
A manufacturer of TT slabs used for industrial and commercial halls is storing them outside (at the factory premises) for some weeks. Water runs through fine hairline cracks and causes clearly visible lime efflorescence on the bottom sides.
The customer complains about the soffits. The expert involved asserts that the cracks occurring on the surface are hairline cracks with a crack width below 0.1 mm.
