Three new paver-laying clamps at Bauma
The German company Hunklinger allortech will present three new paver-laying clamps at this year’s Bauma. The models feature new design, higher laying rates, more output in pushing paver clusters, as well as greater flexibility and functionality. Intensive use in practice until now had identified many and various further development possibilities, which have now been systematically implemented.
The new laying clamp comes in models P01, P12, and P02 and offers users the possibility of adjustment specifically for handling very short layers of paving block.
Greater laying speed
The hydraulic control of all three models operates at higher laying speeds than before, under the condition of sufficient oil capacity of the carrier machine. This results in faster automatic cycling of the work steps: alignment of pavers, alignment of the clamp above the package, and gripping.
With the build of the new P01, a detachable work surface has been integrated on both sides to enable quick exchange of suspension units. The handles on the new P01 are adjustable in two directions per position. These features had already been introduced in 2015 for the P12 and P02.
