Web-Seminar: Boost efficiency in precast concrete
production by adding laser projection
Manufacturers of precast concrete elements are faced with the challenge to produce large quantities of uniform high quality at an increasingly faster rate. At the same time, the elements are becoming increasingly complex. In order to keep pace with the ever-growing complexity and to meet the demand for high-quality products and cycle times, more and more plants worldwide are implementing laser projection systems.
These systems eliminate the need for manual measuring with a tape measure and optimize efficiency throughout the entire production cycle.
Max Mandt-Merck, Sales Manager at LAP, will explain how to use laser projection systems in order to significantly increase precast concrete element production. Find out how to accelerate manual set-up at work stations and increase productivity in production while simultaneously improving the quality of the precast products. Get to know the CAD-PRO laser projection system! LAP will give a live demonstration of the system’s functionalities.

This LAP web seminar was already held in English on 14th October. With more than 30 participants from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Germany, Greece, India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand and the USA, this event enjoyed a wide-spread international participation. A high quantity of relevant questions underlined the elevated importance of this topic to the precast concrete industry.
The web seminar was moderated by BFT Editor-in-Chief Silvio Schade; the actual presentation was held by Max Mandt-Merck, Sales Manager at LAP, supported by his colleagues Chu Yong Lim and T. K. Chow (LAP Singapore).
