Elkoblock-25 Plus Block Making Machine for Libya

A Libyan Construction Company saw Elkon concrete equipments in many different places in Libya. The customer located in Tripoli understand the quality and heavy duty design of Elkon.

The company after visiting Elkon’s five facilities, decided to have Elkomix-135 Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant for their building projects in Tripoli. This concrete batching plant is equipped with Elkon 4500/3000 l Twinshaft Mixer and 2 units 150 Tons bolted type cement silo.

Libyan Construction company also decided to produce its own pavers and block to use in their projects and supply to the market. Elkonblock-25 Plus Concrete Block Making Machine and Elkomix-3516 Concrete Batching Plant for their hollow block, interlock and paving stone production. Elkomix-25 Plus Concrete Block Making Machine is equipped with 1,500 liters concrete hopper for backing and 1,250 liters concrete hopper for face concrete with hydraulic discharge control. It can produce products from 60 mm to 300 mm height on pallet with legs.

Servo automatic cubing robot

Elkoblock-25 Plus Concrete Block Machine has high performance Rexroth (Germany) hydraulic system. The block machine is fully automatic and equipped with a user friendly automation system Elkon servo automatic cubing robot picks up the blocks and stacks them on the delivery pallets. This fully automatic robot designed with servo drives places the products on the shipping pallets safely and effectively.

Elkomix-3516 PL Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 3x10 m³ Aggregate Storage Bins for 3 different aggregate and 750/500 l Elkon Plantary Mixer for backing concrete production and 375/250 l Elkon Planetary Mixer for hard face concrete production. Each mixer produces concrete seperately and transfers to concrete hoppers of the Elkobloc-25 Plus by concrete discharge conveyors.
