(57) Holding device for temporarily supporting a wire loop box during casting of a concrete element in a mould, the wire loop box having a housing comprising side walls and a base wall defining an interior space. The holding device comprises a base (1), at least one magnet (2) attached to the base (1) and magnetically connectable to at least one side wall of the housing and a support element (41, 42, 43) protruding from the base (1), wherein the protruding support element (41, 42, 43) is configured to be inserted inside the interior space through a casting protector of the housing when the holding device is temporarily fastened to the wire loop box.
