Innovation: Anchoring set
The practice-oriented and reliable anchoring set is the perfect connection for the critical interface between concrete construction and structural steelwork. Fields of application for the set are anchorages of all kinds from steel structures to high-rack storage systems in silo construction through to machines and precast concrete elements.
Maximum possible protection for buildings and humans in an earthquake event
An earthquake causes cracks in concrete. This involves the risk that the shear bond between anchor and pipe ruptures and the fastened object – e.g. a high-rack storage system – becomes detached from the anchorage and collapses. Therefore, measures to ensure earthquake resistance of building structures are imperative in many regions and are governed by DIN EN 1992-4 in Germany, for example. The anchoring set has been granted the national technical approval C2 for the highest loading level of buildings by the German Institute for Construction Technology (DIBt).
Allowing tolerances: Precise calibration only necessary after the shell construction
The profiled sheathing pipes are cast into the ground slab or into the foundation, allowing a practice-oriented installation tolerance of up to 10 cm. Due to the complete package from a single source including the required installation aids and templates, markings and the grouting mortar, improvisation on the construction site is avoided. Elaborate and self-built template holders are totally unnecessary.
