(57) The invention provides a preparation method of a composite concrete block filled with mycelium for buildings, comprising environmental disinfection, compounding material, placing and culturing, drying and inactivating. The invention uses edible mushroom chaff as a binder and sandstone and starch as main raw materials by mixing and culturing. The material can be moulded only by appropriate temperature and humidity culture without adding other chemical reagents and energy-consuming materials during its life. Therefore, the composite concrete block filled with mycelium is a better substitute for building blocks at present.
