(57) Embodiments implement an apparatus for use in a building structure. Embodiments include at least two structural modules having a convex side oriented towards the common axis and a concave side oriented away from a common axis. Further, embodiments include member element defined by the at least two structural modules in coupled arrangement, the member element comprising a first end and a second end. A post-tensioning assembly is utilized including: (i) at least two anchors coupled to the member element at distinct locations at or between the first end and the second end, and (ii) a tensile element coupled to the at least two anchors in a manner providing a post-tensioning force between the at least two anchors and along the common axis.
