QGM Group acquires Zenith
The QGM Group has taken over the Zenith company of Neunkirchen, Germany. QGM Quangong Machinery is one of the leading manufacturers of machines and plants for the production of concrete goods on the Chinese market. Zenith is one of the leading manufacturers of mobile block and multilayer machines with – according to the manufacturer – more than 7,000 clients.
In September 2013, before the takeover of Zenith, QGM founded the Q&G Maschinenbau GmbH in Emden, Germany.
Profitability and quality
“Through the establishment of Q&G Maschinenbau GmbH and the takeover of Zenith, we have achieved the goal of manufacturing machines and plants in all segments in high quality and at affordable prices. Since the QGM Group will be relying exclusively on German engineering in the future, the name of the QGM Group will represent ‘Quality German Machinery’ in the future as well”, says Samuel Fu, CEO of Q&G Maschinenbau GmbH.
With the expanded Zenith product range the group of companies wants to meet the requirements of customers all over the world even better than this was possible before. At the locations Emden and Neunkirchen in Germany and Quangong in China the group of companies wants to design and produce state-of-the-art concrete block making machines. “Thanks to our many years of experience in the concrete industry, we are able to conceive or convert new plants for our customers in such a way that we can achieve a high degree of profitability and quality for the customers”, says Fu.
