The bauma 2010 international exhibitors expect high participation
After the official entry deadline for the registration forms for the Exhibitor bauma 2010, the Fair Munich GmbH, is looking forward for next years’ tradeshow. The exhibitors from all product branches show their interest that the total area of 540,000 m² in the hall and grounds are already fully inquired. Especially Asian first-time exhibitors are applying for the bauma 2010 more than ever before. Thus bauma 2010 expects a further increase in the rate of participation of international exhibitors. In the previous event in 2007 a total of 3,002 exhibitors, 1,643 from 48 countries outside Germany, representing a stake of more than 54% were attending. Italy, USA, Britain and China were the countries with the biggest exhibitors’ appearance.
Tender for the international bauma innovation award
At the next bauma, leading associations of the German construction industry under the auspices of the VDMA will donate the bauma international innovation award in five categories among all exhibitors. Interested exhibitors can get information or register at: www.bauma-innovationspreis.de. Deadline will be September 15th 2009.
bauma Overview
At the Neue Messe München fair ground the latest products of the international building, construction and mining industry will be presented from April 19th to 25th 2010. In 2007, at the mining bauma 3,002 exhibitors from 49 countries took advantage of the world’s largest trade fair of the industry as an innovation and marketing platform. With 20% more visitors than the previous exposition bauma 2004 the bauma 2007 had more than 500,000 trade visitors from 191 countries. About 155,000 international visitors have been registered.
