(57) A method for manufacturing a ceramic-concrete building element, characterized in that the method comprises: applying (3) a strip of a polymeric sealing compound (14, 24A, 24B) along a perimeter of a mounting surface of a ceramic tile (12, 22A, 22B); and applying (4, 5), to a central part of the mounting surface of the ceramic tile (12, 22A, 22B), the central part being previously surrounded by the strip of the polymeric sealing compound (14, 24A, 24B), a bonding compound (13, 23) and a previously formed concrete element (11, 21A, 21B).
