fib Symposium Prague 2011

 The next big event of the International Federation for Structural Con-
crete (fib) will be the symposium going to be held in June 8 to 10 2011 in Prague. Technicians and scientist submitted their papers until the 30th of June. Organizer of the symposium is the Czech Concrete Society (CBS).

Organizer and host the Czech Concrete Society (Ceska betonarska spolecnost – CBS) was founded in 1993 as a spontaneous association of engineers active in the field of concrete and concrete structures. 2000 the legal status of a non-profit civic society was assumed and professional management was established. Beside the organization the CBS serves simultaneously as Czech fib National Member Group.

This years´fib-Congress in Washington D.C. has been held together with the PCI Annual Convention and Exhibition instead of the usual fib-Symposium. An invitation to attend the upcoming event under the...
