(57) The invention is formed by a block of concrete which is coupled to the original kerb of the pavement, roundabout or central reservation by means of strips (3) of epoxy-resin-based adhesive paste, and which comprises a central hollow section (5) or conduit along the length for an electrical installation (6) which supplies a low-consumption luminaire (7) that will carry out the signalling from the kerb itself, as well as comprising a hollow section (9) formed in the external face (8) where said luminaire (7) is installed, and being protected externally by a transparent and durable plastic (10).
