FL-Batch-Check at Bauma 2016
At the Bauma 2016 trade show, Franz Ludwig will present FL-Batch-Check, a measuring system for real-time monitoring of concrete quality and temperature in the silos of concrete block-making machines. FL-Batch-Check supports the decision-making process by reliably detecting mix variations. It automatically records all measured values and parameters for each machine cycle – “board by board”. It can also be integrated into any plant setup, regardless of the type of equipment and control system used. According to the manufacturer, FL-Batch-Check is very easy to start up without any complex calibration of the measuring system. Seamless parameter logging makes it possible to perform statistical analyses.
Another novelty on display at the Ludwig stand at Bauma will be FL-Mobimic – Profi Check, a mobile microwave moisture measuring unit to record moisture and temperature values of bulk materials such as aggregates or concrete. Measured values can be displayed and logged on mobile devices such as Android smartphones or Windows tablets. An app is available for free from the Google Play Store. According to the producer, the system can be easily started up using a comprehensive favorite list of pre-defined calibration curves. Measured values are displayed either as w/c ratios or as percentage moisture values.
