New EU approval for anchors

The well-proven bolt anchor and the new T-Fixx with the patented anchor head, both of Halfen, are immediately available with CE certification and thanks to the ETA approval under ETA-13/0401 and ETA-13/0222 respectively they can be used in more than 30 European countries without any problems.
