With modernization in mind

The Russian precast concrete industry is facing a unique opportunity: It can combine the Russian know-how regarding series production of residential buildings with the construction systems that are popular in Western Europe as well as imported, advanced plant technology. In this way, it could give the international precast industry an important impetus to development, assumes Aleksandr Kovalyov, General Manager of the Moscow-based DSK Grad precast plant, which is partially funded by the government.
