Carbon Composite Joint Profiles – The durable solution for structural joints

Owner-managed FloorBridge International GmbH, based in Austria, has been manufacturing joint profiles for structural, movement and construction joints in carbon fiber composite design since 2012. This patented and unique technology offers adequate solutions to the wide range of requirements from the different areas of application mentioned above.

All carbon composite joint profiles from FloorBridge are metal-free and therefore free from corrosion on a permanent basis. Installation with a specially formulated synthetic resin glue also eliminates the need for metal screw connections and anchors. This unique technology allows grinding and coating of all types of joint profiles. The joint profiles can thus be adapted to the joint transitions in the structure in a subsequent step and fit in seamlessly with the sealing/coating. As a result, the FloorBridge joint profiles are a direct component part of the structure, creating a smooth transition at the joints.
