MASA

Masa @ bauma 2025

Masa is showcasing both analogue and digital milestones relating to quality assurance in building material production at Hall B1.347.

For concrete block and paver production specialists, the Masa GreyHUB world offers numerous exhibits, innovations, and information. Highlights include the debut of an optical quality control system for non-contact inspection and measurement of fresh concrete products. This inline system detects various product defects and measures the product height across the entire production board. Insights into Masa’s machine technology and outlooks are given by a prominent exhibit from the concrete block and paver manufacturing sector. Among other thing, the enhanced Masa Service Cloud will be presented. Get in touch with the Masa GreyHUB team!

For AAC and sand-lime brick specialists, the Masa WhiteHUB team is available to discuss e. g. the Production Reporting System for AAC plants. This tool connects the information worlds of plant operators and management, and makes products traceable based on their production data. Furthermore, Masa WhiteHUB is showcasing a device for determining the fermentation state of AAC mass and presenting new solutions for reinforced AAC elements as well as cutting lintels. Additionally, possibilities for the efficient production of prefabricated sand-lime brickwork will be shown.

When it comes to production of building materials, just ask the concrete heads.
