New CAD-PRO Xpert laser projection system for precast element production
The new CAD-PRO Xpert laser projector from LAP is based on a powerful technology platform that offers more colors, optimized line quality and improved safety – even under the most demanding environmental conditions. This offers precast element production many advantages for laser-controlled production processes.
Stable projections also in bright environments
In brightly lit production halls, or in incident daylight, the CAD-PRO Xpert ensures significantly optimized visibility of the laser projections. From typical ceiling heights of eight to ten meters, the laser projector offers precise, stable and well recognizable projections. Thus, even under strong ambient lighting conditions, projected geometries onto pallets and tables can be easily recognized.
Increased visibility even at great distances
Thanks to an optional second laser source as brightness booster, the CAD-PRO Xpert can project with up to 60 mW. This considerably enhances the visibility from great distances. However, when operation in laser class 2 is required, the device has an integrated distance sensor that ensures safe laser operation at up to 14mW.
More flexibility and reliability
The second laser source furthermore enables multicolor projections in up to six colors, and thus a greater display of information, directly on the workpieces. Alternatively, a second laser source of the same color can be used as redundancy, which increases reliability, reduces repair costs and extends the service life of the device. These functionalities guarantee maximum process reliability and improve work ergonomics at the same time.
