Prestressed concrete technology experienced live at bauma

At bauma 2025, the company Paul Maschinenfabrik presents innovations and proven technology for the production of prestressed concrete. The engineering company, based in Upper Swabia in Germany’s southern region of Baden-Württemberg, exhibits from 7 to 13 April in Hall C1 on Stand 115 and provides insights into pattern-setting solutions for prestressed concrete technology as used in many applications. For construction components, railroad sleeper and mast production, bridge construction, for stressing earth anchors and heavy-load transport – wherever heavy loads are involved – products from Paul are impressive with their overall strength and performance.

Among the innovations is the further developed hydraulic unit which, in combination with the time-tested stressing jacks from Paul, is setting new standards. The modular system provides more flexibility in machine configurations, simplified maintenance and shorter delivery times. It is easy to connect both the new TTC stressing jacks with protocol systems as well as existing stressing jacks. Improvement and implementation has resulted for some of the most important properties such as time-test multiple connections, different stressing pressures and digital displays.

New Equitension special stressing press

For pressing at the construction site, Paul’s designers recently developed the Equitension special stressing press which prestresses all 55 strands of an anchor individually to 20 kN. In future, the multi-stressing jack will be used wherever uniform stressing of all strands of a bundle plays a decisive role. In the area of lifting technology, Paul presents, among others, a novel shifting cylinder which enables virtually uninterrupted lifting over the entire shifting distance. This saves time, because every cylinder stroke is converted into motion, and no follow-up is necessary. Easy operation, rapid installation and nearly continuous stressing were customers’ specifications that led to development of this product.

Additional products round out this exhibition portfolio at bauma. Paul is looking forward to many visitors in Munich, whom staff at the stand will individually consult to find solutions for their respective requirements.
