PROGRESS GROUP will be presenting its exciting innovations in the fields of automation, digitalization and construction building systems at bauma 2025 at the stands B1.313/413 and C3.303.

PROGRESS GROUP will be presenting its innovations in the fields of automation, digitalization and construction building systems at bauma 2025.

At stands 313 and 413 in hall B1, live demonstrations of technologies for precast production of all kinds will be shown and the Group‘s modern software solutions will be presented.

Form Master shuttering and deshuttering robot with two axes

Automated holding-down clamps for double wall handling

Tube Master for laying cooling and heating pipes

Extruder and slipformer for the production of hollow-core slabs

Vertically adjustable V-Tec Plus staircase mould

Progress vision system for quality assurance

In Hall C3 Stand 303, the focus will be on reinforcement automation:

Mesh welding portal M-System with bending units and transport system

MSR straightening, cutting and bending machine with new bending run-off and quality control

EBA automatic stirrup bender with integrated logistics and transport system

Welding unit for tunnel reinforcement 

Experts from the group will be available for discussions at all stands all week.

In the PROGRESS GROUP Lounge, directly at the entrance to Hall B1, organized tours of a nearby precast concrete plant start from Tuesday to Friday (at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.). There visitors can see the automated production of double walls and floor slabs. Registration required.
