(57) The present invention belongs to the field of building or surfacing roads, sports grounds or similar, machines or auxiliary tools for building or repairing, and specifically to details of paving or the arrangement or structure of joints, and packing for joints in metal packing for concrete paving. The invention consists of a sinusoidal preformed gasket for expansions in concrete slabs that minimises the area of contact between the wheels of forklifts and the expansion edges caused by said vehicles. Said gasket is made up of plastic sheaths and metal plates in the shape of a rhombus that ensure that its position is always on a neutral axis of the slab, allowing a gasket opening of more than 20 mm, thus maintaining the load transfer between adjacent slabs and the protection required for more common static and dynamic loads on the large-area slabs.
