Rota Cage introduces two new machines
At the last bauma, Rota Cage managed to impress the crowd with its Beton Tage award winning stone aging machine Rota Cage. Meanwhile various block paving manufacturers have abandoned their conventional drums and switched to the cost effective Rota Cage. At bauma 2010, Rota Cage hopes to move the Bauma visitors again with two new aging machines: Rota Line and Rota Tunnel.
In-line aging at Excluton
Since the beginning of 2009, Excluton – the leading Dutch manufacturer of paving blocks – ages a wide variety of products on their in-line aging machine Rota Line. Before that an invention-to-innovation process had to take place. Early 2008, Filip Vissers – managing director of Rota Cage - started testing paving blocks on a prototype Rota Line. Frans van Haren – the owner and managing director of Excluton – quickly saw the potential of the idea and the Excluton branch in Appeltern was picked as the plant where this machine should come to life.
