Tunisia becomes fib-Member

Fédération internationale du béton (fib) is pleased to welcome Tunisia as a new National Member Group in fib, with the secretariat held by the Université de Tunis El Manar. The Head of Delegation is Dr. Atef Daoud of the Ecole nationale d‘ingénieurs de Gabès. Prof. Karim Miled of the Université de Tunis El Manar acts as Deputy.

This latest addition brings fib’s national members to a total of 43. The National Member Groups (NMG) and the General Assembly of delegates who represent them play an essential role in the functioning and governance of fib. NMGs also serve as a contact point for fib in their respective countries, so that their local community of engineers can have regular access to information about the association‘s publications and events, as well as a channel for national views to be fed back to fib for discussion and further development.
